Just saw this over on TA.

"As of yesterday, the Northern Georgia Federal Court of the US extended a temporary restraining injunction prohibiting the marketing, selling and booking of the rooms at 10 Oasis (BeLive) Resorts in the Mexican Caribbean until September 1, 2010, by European, US and Canadian Travel Agencies and particularly international travel giant Globalia's, InterTravel marketing arm. (Intertravel via Globalia is the defendant in the case VS the petitioner TravAmerica for Oasis Hotels(the resorts owners)

On September 1, 2010, as of now, the court will hear a petition for preliminary injunction for same. Given the courts current action, it appears a preponderance of the findings and future preliminary injunction is likely to favor TravAmerica and Oasis Hotels.

As it stands now, all reservations booked on August 12, 2010 and prior will be honored by the resorts, walk up bookings may continue provided they are not openly solicited past August 12, 2010

The defendants are also expressly forbidden by the court to market, sell, book, advertise or enter into contracts with the purpose of utilizing the resorts with any travel operator in Europe, the US and Canada until the next scheduled court date.
