In case you are behind the most important current events, my birthday is Thursday  Only to say, a good friend of mine just got back from Mexico and brought me two (2), (TWO)!!!! bottles of Havana 7!!!!
I think I will celebrate being an old man!

saving the bottle of 7anos to open tomorrow, but oddly enough just the HC Anejo is incredible. Funny thing is that it is so good that even this person who loves rum is rationing it to one at a time! MAKE IT LAST!!!! lol

It doesn't look promising for Dej. She has weddings on both weekends. Her boss said to not worry about it because she can handle the weddings. Dej is in a big quandary of what to do, what to do. If there is a way, she will try to make it happen. She REALLY wants to go.

OK. gotta admit... i broke tonight, but I had that bottle of 7 here for 3 days before I opened it. Hey, its my birthday eve and OMG this stuff is just like no other rum anywhere. I have tired and tried to buy rum here as good, but it just doesnt measure up. 10 cane... not as good, the texas rum with the parrot? highly rated? not as good, Mount Gay 7 anos...close... but not as good.
Dang... time to lift the embargo!
