Fellow Beachboarders

I just want to tell all of you fellow Beachboarders that I really enjoy reading your posts. Everyone is so nice on here and so helpful. Thank's to all of you that post here and I have really enjoyed getting to know you just from being on Beachboard :0)

I feel the same way about this board. I read and post on several boards and this is the most friendly and helpful board around!

This board is more than just a board, it is a family. I can tell you that these people have meant more to me than words can describe. We celebrate together, cry together, and laugh together. We care about each other and it is that caring that has allowed many of us to make it through some pretty tough times. We have experienced the loss of some of our community members which was as hard to accept as the loss of a blood relative. We have traveled together to Mexico, and had times where we met each other in several different parts of the country, many that were not even close to a beach!

Thanks for your kind words about the people here. It looks like you have found a cyber home just many others who have been here for a long time. Welcome to the family!

Dave, that was so lovingly well written. You describe so well what we all feel. I treasure my beachboard family, The friendships and relationships that blossomed and grew from our online community mean the world to me!

I feel the same way. And I am SOOO sad that, since I likely will not be traveling in the future...I wont get to see all my friends again.

Thank goodness Dave, Joni and Heather are coming to NYC next month!
