Even if you are traveling DOMESTICALLY, you have to enter your "passport" name.
If I book tickets myself (for instance, to Arizona), will it ask ME for the "passport" name.
Will the airline confirmations/itinerary (etickets) have the "passport" name?

Domestically I would use my Drivers License, which is KAREN J. Internationally my passport is KAREN JEANNE.
If I make a rez with you for, say, American Air, We can enter Karen J.
But if I do Jet Blue, and I make my rez on line with my ACCOUNT, they are not yet set up for any type of name adjustment such as adding middle name/initial.
I dont want the expense of changing name on Drivers License. My Amex Jet Blue CARD has middle Name.....
I've been ok so far with this combo. I should be for the short-term going forward - right?

I just had to add additional TSA information for my United Airlines flight. I've never had to do that before.

This was an issue for me in October on a Delta flight to CUN. Reservation in Elaine Bowen, passport Jessie Elaine Bowen. Fortunately Delta changed the name @ no charge. Wasn't an issue in June to MBJ or April flight to Rome all Delta flights.
I immediately alerted Tami to name "change" and had all frequent flier accounts (previously Elaine) changed. Now I just have to remember to answer to Jessie.......
