I agree with IB Grand.  When Tami booked us there we had no clue about the IB golf course across the highway, which is very odd for us.  It's awesome!  I played twice - something I normally wouldn't do on vacation.  My husband played 4 times - which is normal for him.  It's a fabulous course.

Although, not jungley, I'd also recommend the Excellence Playa Mujeres.  Fabulous resort, great food, and wonderful golf.  I have a trip report on these boards - check it out.
