Apple & FJ special question

You know those Apple and Funjet deals where you are guaranteed 5 red apples or 5 stars and they select the resort? Well a friend of mine using Funjet for one of those got a phone number from her TA that she called and found out 2 days before they were leaving which resort they had been assigned. They couldn't change it but could do a little more "surfing" to find out info about that particular resort. But she lost the number.  Does anyone know what those phone numbers are for either Funjet or Apple?

Apple works directly with travel agents, so if you call them 99.9% of the time they will refer you back to your booking agent (even if you book online on their website, you are assigned an agency to oversee your reservation, so you'd need to contact them).  On the Square Deals with Apple, they only tell agents about 24 hours in advance which hotel has been assigned and thats only on scheduled air packages or land only bookings.  If you are on a charter air/land package, they don't tell.
